Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Diaspora Glow Jewelry. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged with care.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at: info@diasporaglowjewelry.com 

If an order is returned for an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Diaspora Glow Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

Once a package has been handed over to USPS or the shipping carrier, delivery issues must be handled directly with the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

Check with neighbors or household members

Contact your local USPS office

File a claim with the carrier if necessary

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed.
