If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, Diaspora Glow Jewelry will gladly exchange it. Please carefully open your package to avoid damaging the jewelry or packaging.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your order.

If you accidentally enter the wrong address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to assist you.

Once an order has been shipped, Diaspora Glow Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS or your local carrier directly.
